Submitting a Commendation or Complaint
In you are interested in submitting a commendation or complaint, please do the following:
You will receive email notification from the Anacortes Police Department within two days if you choose to be contacted. Alternatively, you can fill out the Commendation or Complaint Form (PDF), print it out, and deliver the completed form to the Records window at the Anacortes Police Department, located at 1218 24th Street, during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m) so your request may be processed.
