Do you live near a Critical Area?

CA Exemptions

If you live within 300 ft. of a critical area, there may be some restrictions as to what you can do on your property due to the presence of a critical area and it's associated buffer. There are some activities that are exempt from Critical Area review per the City's Critical Area Ordinance. 

The PCED department has put together a quick reference sheet to help property owners determine what types of activities would be exempt from a formal City review.
