[ARCHIVED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: CUP-2022-0001 - Fiddlehead School Expansion

The applicant on behalf of Fiddlehead Montessori Elementary School has applied for a Conditional Use Permit for the expansion of the school campus for the addition of a pre-school facility. The project proposes an approximately 1,065 sq. ft. modular classroom to accommodate up to 20 pre-school students. With the expansion, the applicant is proposing additional parking and landscaping. The subject property is located in the Residential High Density 4 (R4) zoning district.

Public Hearing: Planning Commission Open Record Public Hearing:            Wed, April 6th, 2022 at 6:00 PM

                           City Council Closed Record Decision Hearing:                      Mon, April 18th, 2022 at 6:00 PM
