The applicant has requested a shoreline substantial development permit for the installation of a segregation curb. The proposed curb would be installed between adjoining Port owned properties for the purpose of preventing stormwater runoff and to provide a durable demarcation between the properties. The property located is partially within “Urban Maritime” Shoreline Environment Designation and is zoned Manufacturing & Shipping (MS).

Public Comment Period:  The joint Notice of Application and Public Hearing was published on February 9th, 2022. Written comments must be submitted to the contact person listed below by 5:00 PM on March 11th, 2022

Open-Record Decision Hearing: A virtual open-record decision hearing to make a decision on the application will be held by the Planning Commission on March 23rd, 2022 at 6:00 pm via Zoom video conferencing.

  • Virtual meeting participation instructions and connection information can be viewed here:   Meeting attendance options will be posted on the applicable agenda published the week before the meeting.  Hearings will be conducted in accordance with the rules of procedure adopted by the hearing body.
