Posted on: April 30, 2021[ARCHIVED] Asphalt Overlay Project
As part of the ongoing Asphalt Overlay Project, Granite Construction plans to pave on K Avenue and 20th Street on Monday, May 3, and Tuesday, May 4.
Paving operations are planned to begin at 7 am at the 20th and I Avenue intersection on both days and proceed east along 20th and then north along K Avenue.
Vehicle access to the high school will be via 17th Street in the morning on both days. Regular access to the 20th Street side of the high school is planned to be available by afternoon pickup.
Sidewalks will be open for pedestrian access to all sides of the school. Please consider alternative modes of transportation (walking or biking) on these days or parking further away from the school.
