NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING on Amendment to the Capital Facilities Plan 2021 - 2026

Consistent with Anacortes Municipal Code 19.16.030(C) notice is hereby given that a public hearing for the proposed action of amending the City’s Capital Facilities Plan, will be held August 9th, 2021 at 6:00 PM at the during the Anacortes City Council Meeting. 

 The Public Hearing can either be attended in person at 904 6th St in the Council Chambers, or virtually by following the instructions at:

 Citizens attending the hearing have the right to provide written and oral comments and ask questions.

 Notice is also given that a two week comment period is open to the proposed amendment, documents for which can be seen at:
